About the training
Our sessions are delivered in our private boutique studio with up to date equipment including an ipod dock for your own music. Our studio benefits from its own parking space and comfortable waiting room.
All sessions are an hour long and available 7 days a week to suit you. We are very flexible with times which are crucial with your busy lifestyle. We predominantly train one on one, but couples and small group training is possible. One on one training is highly effective as it allows you our full attention and is less intimating than in the gym and its distractions. At the end of a long day it is hard to motivate yourself to go to a gym. Having a pre-booked appointment has been proven to be the best way to keep your frequency of exercise high and achieve your desired goals.
We use a mix of training techniques to keep sessions enjoyable, interesting and effective. We also deliver sport specific training such as tennis, golf and football. We can focus your training for your sport to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. Ski fit training is popular to prepare clients for the slopes and help them enjoy the holiday. Some clients needing to achieve a specific level of fitness such as that required to join the forces or emergency services, have also benefited from bespoke one to one training.
